We are excited that Dr. Zac is now the 32nd Doctor of Chiropractic to join the family. Zac currently owns Sheedy Family Chiropractic in Sycamore, IL with his partner and wife, Dr. Morgan Sheedy.
Dr. Zac Sheedy is committed to helping families improve health and vitality through the community experience. He enjoys educating others on how to manage stress, prevent injury in the workplace and home, and attain and maintain peak performance in all facets of life. His mission is to empower as many people as possible to achieve their optimal health potential through education and professional care.
Dr. Zac was born and raised in Davenport, IA where he was an honor student and standout athlete. He received a scholarship to play football at St. Ambrose University where he completed his four year undergraduate degree in Business Management and could regularly be seen on the Dean's List. Dr. Zac spent the next four years of his life dedicated to intense study (310 credit hours) of spinal rehabilitation at the prestigious Palmer College in Davenport, IA where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. At Palmer Dr. Zac earned a rugby scholarship and his team was successful in qualifying for two births into the National Sweet 16. While at Palmer Dr. Zac was trained in several state of the art adjusting techniques including: Palmer Package, Diversified, Toggle Recoil, Gonstead, Thompson, and Flexion-Distraction. He received extensive training in treating work related injuries, sports injuries, physical therapy, and diagnosis.
Dr. Zac donates his time to local youth athletic associations by providing coaching assistance and chiropractic services. He currently resides in Sycamore, IL where is serving as a volunteer coach for the local high school wrestling team. A few of the activities he enjoys are running, hunting, fishing, weight training, flag football, volleyball, and softball.
 Dr. Zac went on a Chiropractic humanitarian mission to Morocco, Africa in 2009. The group from Palmer served over 10,000 villagers who could not afford health care.
 Dr. Morgan was born and raised in Kenai, Alaska. She was drawn to the Midwest to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic, where she and Dr. Zac first meet. She appreciates the complexity of the human body and frame. She is very excited to serve the community of Sycamore, and share her passion for chiropractic care. Dr. Morgan enjoys working with expecting mothers and children from birth through adults.
